Clone stamping was used to remove parking meters and flags from the polls

Made useing symetrical gradiants and custome shapes

 

 

I made this image by following a symetrical gradiant tutorial(http://www.photoshopstar.com/effects/create-symmetrical-abstraction/) and by coppying the image out of facebook and editing the background out of the picture

this was done useing the blending options to give it that hand drawn yet slightly cartoony feel
